Thank you Jim. The black background is my home computer desk.

She really shouldn't have brought back so much but I am happy she likes this hobby. She certainly supports it more than motorcycles or guns which she more or less tolerated.

Thank you Danny. I bought the Alpha 400 replica thinking it would not have to be polished. Being picky, I just had to polish it up which took entirely too long. I am sort of over metal handle brushes for the time being.

Pulled out the E3 for the very scientific reason of ‘I felt like it’. Grabbed one of my large Omegas (@clint64- this one is less uniform than my others. Super soft tips, though), whipped up a nice lather with one of my faves for scent and performance and had a super, smooth 3 pass’er this morning. Off to an early meeting an hour away.
    Have a great day, all!

Excellent review, Clint! The only surprising part for me was the 5/10 scent strength. I find my SV soaps are quite strongly scented.
The brush is a winner as well!

Excellent photo Jason. I love the warm tones. The knot looks like it was hand matched perfectly compared to mine. I have never seen anything like it.

Thank you Jason. As a point of reference I would say that all my SV soaps are 5-6/10 on scent strength. This might help put it prospective better.

Bloomed the soap and Rocky did an amazing job lathering my face. I believe it was one of my best lathers. It was slick, shiny, cushiony and quite a sight to behold! I could have done one pass for a DFS+(IBSS), but that's not good enough for me. Did my normal 2.5 passes and it was an excellent, comfortable shave. Applied the Satsuma aftershave and I was happy with another super shave in the books.
    Have a great day guys! 20190710_085348.jpg 20190710_085348.jpg

Thanks, Clint. Interesting comments on your Omega. My other one I've kept (pic below) is basically completely uniform, especially in comparison to this other one from today:
