    Blade: Personna lab blue
    Razor: Gillette Fatboy
    Brush: Omega 10049 boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave

    Finally back on schedule for an actual Fat Friday shave on a Friday. Easy lathering, effortless whisker reduction with the Fatboy on 9, and a satisfying conclusion with American Blend. Great way to start the day.

    This week has been fast for me and like @clint64 I am glad it's Friday. Enjoy!

    Beautiful photo, Clint! Send a few of those storms back to the west. We're a little parched in these parts. @Hembree has been getting a lot of rain in the Tuscaloosa area but Birmingham metro isn't faring as well. My lawn needs some rain!

    I normally skip a day shaving but for some reason I woke up this morning and wanted to shave. Went through the den and picked out some solid hitters.

    What can I say about this shave – AWESOMENESS. It was just a great shave with no weepers or nicks. Really liking the brush that Clint restored. It is a great little lather monster and is pretty to boot. Stirling soap….it is just good stuff and good stank!

    I finished up with some Nivea post balm and Stirling Noir aftershave.

    I had to slip on out the door before my wife woke up. I was smelling and feeling pretty. If she would have spotted me, I may have been late for work. :happy097:

    Great shave and picture, Clint. The granddogs are stressed by thunder and fireworks. This is a tough time of year for them.
