No... just resting up for the weekend. Actually getting materials ready for Spring Break and state level of Science Olympiad competition that occur next week.

 

It always seems to get slow in here about mid to late week. Then, out of the blue, everyone will be on a certain day and this thread will rattle off 5 pages in an hour.

Of the practice photos I've got on my computer in front of me, it was one of the cleaner razors/pictures I had... I'm just goofin' around with it, trying to find "the look" I want for when I make the full fledged calendar.

Howdy. Checkin' in before the day begins. For those that have been keeping score I revisited the Tuckaway w/ a 7 black blade. The shave was better than w/ a Feather and overall pretty good. Still not as good as the Bostonian I'm sure because of the weight issue. So there you have it. I have 3 more of Rodds razors to test and then Matt's adjustable.

I also splashed on a tester of Irisch Moos AS. Interesting and different. I won't go any further than that. There will be a special review forthcoming.

Gonna go check the threads and then get to it. Back later.

 

Hmmm... you're on the way to becoming a redneck and you MAY already be there, but only if:

1. The vehicle your truck is replacing is on blocks in the front yard.
2. The new truck came with a gun rack on the back window.
3. The new truck has a trailer hitch.

You get extra points towards redneckdom if:

a. The new new truck has 4 wheel drive, a lift kit, oversized tires, foglights and/ or a winch on the front.
b. You bought a ice chest on the way home from the dealer and stocked it with Natty Light.
c. You know that Kid Rock is nothing but a poser. He was born and raised in the Detroit area of Michigan. Doesn't have a truly Southern bone in his body.

I honestly do like Kid Rock though. I have seen him 5 times and honestly will say that he is one of the best live performers out there. He gives 110% and always has rocking strippers at the show.

 

I like that he goes to Iraq to entertain the troops. Not enough people do that.

Heh. The strippers are highly problematic for me, but he is an accomplished musician and a good performer. I wish he would stop pretending to be Southern, though.
