I never thought of how he'd shave . Hope he keeps up with his yoga stretching. Good to be flexible when getting worked over by Natalia....especially when she discovers the fridge hasnt been stocked or the vodka ran out.
Guys, I just want to let everyone know how much I appreciate the comardery here on the 30DC thread. This weekend has been a very stressful and busy time. After coming in from the hospital and spending about 45 minutes of going through these post I feel a lot better. It is great! I know we poke a little fun at each other and get a little shaving in as well. Thanks guys! You may not realize it but y'all help my mind go in a much needed different direction at times. Just stay hydrated Paul. Gatorade is good but cut it 50/50 with water. You still get the benefits of the Gatorade without over doing the sugar, and sodium. A fire fighter buddy of mine put me on to this. Hope you're doing well, stay cool. Clayton Sent from my LG-K450 using Tapatalk
