    I'm sorry to hear about your neighbor, Rick. Drugs are rampant in my neck of the woods too. Now that we moved into a metro area, we pay more attention to criminal activities. In the last month, 212 vehicles were stolen. I'd say that the great majority of them are tied somehow to drug activity. Police are currently urging residents to "lock up" after 9 pm and remove all guns, valuables, etc. from vehicles...good commonsense measures.

    I hope your granddaughters have had a fantastic summer. I always look forward to your posts where they help you out in the Den. I have a one-time suggestion when they return from Granny. How about letting them select your gear, take the photo, and do the SOTD post on their own? That would be a 30DC first, and you know @Linuxguile will eventually have Logan and Declan doing this for him...after all the yard work, car washing, and miscellaneous heavy work around the house is complete. I realize that they haven't graduated from the Sam Sung On-line School of Photography with the Shave Gear Certificate of Excellence like Grandpaw, but I have faith in their natural ability. That would be super cool.

    I'm still here, been real busy last two days and trying to get caught up at work. Dad is about the same. He is still having issues with his lungs and has not been released for the nursing home from the hospital yet. Take care guys!

    I think I can arrange that Charlie. As wiz-bang as they are on their Android tablets, they are amazed by watching me photoshop out dust specks on my SOTD photos. Since their mom lets them do after school makeup sessions, but doesn't want to share her "mom perfumes" I'll offer my AS of the day should they like it. When we go antiquing / garage sailing I've got the little ones watching for Avon bottles. Not just for me, they have started their own scent collections.

    Good afternoon guys!
    Dovo Shavette Shave #88
    Personna Hairshaper Blade (6)
    Stirling Boar Brush
    Stirling Piacenza SS and AS
    Although the Stirling Sandalwood was up next, I decided to use Piacenza because I wanted that beautiful scent on my face. The Stirling boar brush did a nice job in picking up the soap off the puck and lathering my face. Quite frankly, I probaby would get a nice lather with any worn out brush using any Stirling soap. Did 2 1/2 passes gave me a great shave! Applied the matching aftershave to end this enjoyable shave. Guys have a great afternoon and evening! 20190725_165519.jpg 20190725_165519.jpg
