Standard issue summer time for Gulf Coast, USA. We've reached our peak humid, muggy & oppressive index. Miserable tops out some time in August. Chart via Weather Spark. I consider any of today's rain as tomorrows humidity. Not a problem unless it's blowing sideways. The Fast Show? For some reason it's know as Brilliant in the States.
Cloudy and hot for today, but another heatwave coming the next few days. Forces me to drink a lot of water, especially after my syncope attack. Well, water isn't such a bad thing anyway.
I felt the first fingers of winter beginning to reach through the Autumn air last night so this morning i got out my heavy Cycling coat, gloves and tights and i was glad i did tbh. Chilly enough for just the shorts and thin cycling jacket. No rain though or hurricanes for that matter!
100 deg F (38 deg C) here in Northern California yesterday, so typical September weather. It was warmer farther inland. We almost never have rain in the Summer, but are due for a thunderstorm on Monday.
