July 27th Proraso PS Red AoS Olibanum & Pepper SC WWB 2 band badger Filarmonica Doble Temple Thayers WH Burberry Weekend Easy Saturday finally for me....up way too early though. Some coffee.....some yard stuff, garage stuff, honing stuff (4 razors).....and then a mid afternoon shave. 3 pass DFS+ today. The DT had it's turn honing this morning...4k bevel set, 8k, then 12k polish, stropped with linen and leather. 36 hours of growth to mow down, and it's a smooth as silk shaver. Demands a super soft set down though, otherwise...it'll bite. A couple of weepers, one was the set down mistake, other was shaving a previous neck weeper from Friday am. The WWB 2 band and the AoS O&P cream....over loaded creamy monster lather expolosion. Took my time and enjoyed 3 slow passes, WTG, and then 2 XTG. Finished off with Thayers Rose WH, then a wifey favorite, Burberry Weekend. Smooth and smelling great for the rest of the day. Hope everyone has a great Saturday and rest of the weekend!

My first time trying local vermouth. We thought it would be nasty but it was really good and went well with the salty tapas. Lots of different red wines tonight that we enjoyed. So far Swati and I have really like the Rioja reds. Very easy to drink in the warm climate. I’ll spend more time evaluating the beers on another day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It's a tough call what material to pick. I almost went with copper. Not sure why I changed my mind and went with brass. If the order were being placed today, I don't know whether it would be brass or SS. To be perfectly honest and nit-picky - I LOVE the looks of the handle. However, I wish it were 1/2" shorter and just a little teeny bit slimmer. Certainly not a deal breaker, and I admit it's a minor detail. Just a preference.
