    Good evening guys!
    Straight razor shave #91
    I have been waiting patiently all day for my new toy! It is a 6/8 round point Thiers Issard Spartacus. Of course, I had to wait until 5pm instead of my usual 1:30 time because my normal mailman was off today! Anyway, I used my Rocky to facelather the Proraso and I got a beautiful lather. You see the strongman theme, Rocky and Spartacus! Lol! Anyway, I don't understand how some people have a hard time with this soap. To me, it is just as easy as Stirling to lather. Normal passes and got an IBSS. The razor was sharp because I cut my thumb wiping the blade. Don't worry, it was a flesh wound, no stitches. Looks like a papercut, so no biggie. However, although it was shave ready, it wasn't all that smooth for me so I may have to Crox it next time. Finished with that Proraso aftershave. All in all, it was a nice shave.     Quick report. Busy, busy with work and family taxi duties. Mid day shower and shave.

    3 pass DFS. Wonderful shave today with no shenanigans. Everything performed perfectly. Proraso does it all so well. About done with this AS....gonna gets anuther!

    Hope everyone had a great day. Have some catching up here, hopefully tomorrow.

    Didn't you get a new ride, too?

    I'd have the same results in a No Buy as committing to a Rule. Don't think I'll ever be a Minimalist with a single setup. Not that the AD's have gone away but cabinet saturation keeps reminding me I've got enough gear.

    I did the minimalist thing for over thirty years. I'm so enjoying the new found variety.
    Oh, and I bought the truck last month so my No Buy July held up for vehicles anyway.

    Been taking alot of dips in the pool lately. I like heat just not humid weather.

    I would suggest buying more soap when it runs out Paul. Glad I could help.
