I feel kind of bad. The cards just came that I had a dispute over with ebay. I canceled the dispute but I still had to leave him bad feedback because of the way he acted about the claim. I just could not leave him positive feedback with the things he was saying...

I have sent the goods three weeks ago now, so it's either you received them, they're still on it's way (since it was posted by normal post), or they're lost in mail (which i'm not responsible for since you didn't add the insurance amount nor made extra payment for the postage to be trackable. You agree on the normal flat rate postage). As I said in the email, you're holding my funds in paypal which is very unfair and again I have already sent your cards. Check my feedback, I have never had this problem before and the buyers who bought items off me on the same day as you has all already received their cards. Thank you and I hope this can work out smoothly.

You don't
A. claim someone got the item and is lying about it
B. claim that items lost in the mail are not your responsibility as a seller

People like that should not try to run businesses

 

I basically quit ebay because of the sellers. Once I pay for your item I should get positive feedback as I have met my duties. I hate that they wait until after you leave them feedback and if it is even neutral they leave something bad about you although you paid quickly which is the only thing you had to do.

Agreed. That crap is annoying. I've given you the money without dicking around. Please take 1 precious minute out of your busy effing life to acknowledge that so that people will see that I'm not some deadbeat, non-paying asswipe buyer. That's why even though I've got about 15 purchases, my eBay score thing remains a 6.

Hi All,

Daily lunchtime cameo appearance (think of me as Alfred Hitchcock in The Birds). It's been very quite after the 4 page flurry of activity last night.

My day's going good. Had a great shave this morning with the Fat Boy and the 4th round on a Feather. First performance eval at the new job today went good; heading up north for the weekend to help out some family. I'll try to stick my nose in here a couple of times over the weekend.

Since I'm going to the big city, I'll have to be on the lookout for shave goodies, at least peripherally.

Tracy - More hunkering down. Hope that front loader is gassed up still.
Matt - Hope you're sleeping well.
Jen - Glad the Ebay/PayPal thing is working out. Let's hope the dress is easier.
Jim - we all need more Elbonians.
Ray - I think you might be too old for Harrison, but it's nice to dream.

I'm thinking about sending the seller a message...

The way you acted during the claim was completely
unacceptable. You suggested I got the cards and was ignoring
the claim, that you were not responsible if my cards were lost in
the mail and both of those are not ways that a seller should
handle themselves. As the seller it is your responsibility that the
item gets to me, insurance or no insurance, tracking or no
tracking that is the way ebay insists on doing business and since
you were even considering letting a buyer go unhappy and
potentially without what they paid for that says you're just out
for a quick dollar and have no regard for other people. Tracking
will more cover your butt then mine because in that case you
had no proof of shipping therefore you as a seller had no case.
Either way, you seem new and like you don't know how business
is done here but I suggest in the future you treat your buyers
with more respect then you treated me because your reputation
is your most valuable asset.
