I think I will do the AOS soap for the PIF. I think I will wait until we pick a winner and then order it and have it shipped directly to the person who wins.

I was thinking we should make the winner guess something about Rolls that we learned about him. Maybe something like "What did Rolls throw in the hall to stir up a certain nurse while in the hospital" or something like that.

This morning as we sang "As the roll is called up yonder", you can imagine where my thoughts were....not just Rolls, but today is 4 years since my mother-in-law passed away.

Evening kids. My vacation is winding down. Only one more day to go. It was a good and restful week thank you very much. Anyways that's why I haven't been around much.

Had a good mail day the other day: tube of GFT Coconut and the other two flavors of Godrej (Lime and Rich Cream I guess they call it). Gonna shave the Rich Cream here in a few. The GFT rocks.

so it all makes sense now... horrible hangover that wasn't actually able to be logically explained as a hangover was just me getting sick... Seth said I have a fever and I promised I'd go to sleep so I think I'll go do that.

 

That'd be an awful lot of work though...having to dig through almost (or by the time of the PIF, over) 600 pages of posts.... of course they could just search his posts in his profile, too....but that'd be what, like 1500 posts or something....

logically explained? I thought you did something like at least 8 shots or so.... severe dehydration (following severe intoxication) can cause a fever, too...

not that I speak from experience or anything....

I am done packing easter eggs with shaving cream for the evening. I only got 10 shipments done but I think I filled over 30 eggs.

I am banking on not working tomorrow. One heck of a storm is starting to take here in Buffalo and they are expecting 1-3 inches of snow per hour until 6pm tomorrow night. The snow isn't that bad but we are supposed to get 45 mph winds also. I am thinking the wife and I won't probably be working tomorrow.

 

We could just ask what Rolls' favorite pill to take was

Just back from spending the weekend up in Spokane. I'm saddened to hear about Rolls. Felt like I was just getting to know him and I really thought he was too ornery to die. Someone please tell me more about the PIF - I can't seem to find the beginning of it yet... thanks.

I kind of like the essay idea. How TSD has helped me out.... or something to that effect. I don't necessarily think a specific thing about Rolls would be (and I hate to use this word) fair, because many people didn't really know him as well as us in here, and you guys new him a lot better than me being part of whatever-it-was-you-guys-had-at-the-B... (I just learned the B is aka TOP "the other place" and SMF is TOOP "the other other place")...

but maybe someone who has say, over 250 posts and/or has been a member for 3-4 months or so, and how TSD in particular has helped them in their wetshaving journey.

For me, the PIF represents his love of this place and wetshaving, not "who knew Rolls the best..." or "who can dig through posts the fastest..."
