I've still got most of mine but it's slid down off the top. Not sure what Mother Nature has in mind making my eyebrows, ears, and neck get all furry.

This guy has the world record for ear hair. If it was me I'd be investing in electrolysis.

I own razors honed by a sampling of the best. I don't think honemeisters like it too much when I say none of them outshave the $20 shavette, but it is true. I asked one guy who has honed over 20,000 razors if there was a way to get an edge to compete with the shavette, he did not think so.

Nice straight. Have you had someone hone it for you? If not, I'd recommend it to help get things going.

Beautiful gear, Joseph. Sorry about the chin nick. The chin is definitely the most challenging area for me when using an open blade. Stick with it, and I'll know you'll eventually master it!

Band is underway!! Congrats on a great start, Perry!

Fantastic haul from Alice's grandfather. It's wonderful to have heirloom items in the den! I look forward to seeing you put everything to use.

    Ain't that something....
Well no one has touched it other than me.
Might send it in, but would like to see if I can get an acceptable shave with it. It is sharp, it will top off my arm hair, still have some other things to try yet. The old timers would use them in a much worse condition than this one. But I am spoiled by nice sharp blades, so that may never happen.
    Well see...
    Thanks Bill.

Mondays usually mean a DE shave and today's razor is a Joris loaded with an Iridium Super. The Stirling Lemon Chill is an excellent soap and I enjoy the chill but it may be too much if I use a straight. An excellent shave to start the workweek. Forgot to put today's watch in the picture so had to take a pic of it at the office.

Razor: Joris w/. Iridium Super (2)
    Brush: Paladin
    Pre Nivea
    Soap: Stirling Lemon Chill
AS: Enhanced DR Harris AS, Stirling ASB
    Scent: Dior Amber Nuit
