After a very hot and humid day we have storms building just to the west of us tonight. Welcome to the Lou in August. Supposedly we'll cool down into the mid 80's for a few days starting tomorrow. We'll see. Tonight started with a head shave using my Merkur 23c and Astra SP, and was followed by the third shave with the Fatboy and Voskhod. Arko, of course, along with the Stirling badger. This is a flat top brush that I have come to like a lot. I've been enjoying using my natural brushes this month. I may have to remember they're here and mix them in better with the synths when we get to SEptember.

Three full passes after the head shave tonight and the baby is in the house. One spot of blood - a nick on my ear from the head shave. I didn't even use a pain stick. Nothing major, and the main event shave was just perfect. Back to the grind tomorrow and I hope you all have a great Tuesday and rest of your week!

it is a fantastic scented product sir..and it pairs well with a lot of our most loved soap/creams/colognes..i wish they made the tube shave cream in this scent..

Life getting the better of me lately, but sticking with the rule. Shaves have been great!

Might be time to put the Samurai back in Bama. Probably easier than taking the Bama out of the Samurai....

Other than that...all is quiet is beautiful Colorado.

Thank you, Keith. So far so good on the altitude. I grew up in a town about the same elevation, but it has obviously been a few years since I have really spent much time at altitude. I am going to try to hit the hotel gym tomorrow, so we will see how it feels then.

Nice quick shave, the super speed was a great choice Joseph.
I don't like rushing shaving anymore, but hey, it happens.

Nice Keith, the M-bomb is a nice touch.
Starting to go menthol here now and again. It does make the skin feel rather nice in the morning.

Very nice Neal, the 23c is one of my first razors, it slides around easily. The FB on 9 will get the job done in the right hands, sounds like you got the right touch, as always, great shave.
