Seriously. Shipping to me is a nightmare. And yesterday I got the wrong package from an ebay seller, so someone else has my mom's birthday gift.

I did finally get my washer and dryer too. They are nice.

OK, now I am going to bed. I had to try the monkey game, and I have no idea how, but I got an amazing score once, and only once. So I now have 1st place in spanking the monkey, and second place in suicide.

 

where's the enjoyment in that?

1) pretty much, just don't slam the blade on the hone when flipping it over.
2) The strop in mine was kind of dry and stiff and had 1 good sized scratch. I sanded the strop to try and smooth it out, and conditioned it with some lotion.

I think the hardest thing to find is also the most important...a hone that isn't cracked.

 

Thanks Mordecai... although of all the RRs I've come across in antique stores (10-12?) only 1 has had a cracked hone... most have been way overpriced, too...
