It's a relief to know that I can still shave normally due to my fall yesterday. Well, I say "normally"...I still have some pain in my left arm, bicep area, as well as the shoulder, thus the soap-loading could be tricky. Will keep icing the area and some more Tylenol. Thank you Jim....outside of doing laundry today, I'll just rest and ice the areas often, as well as get "high" on Tylenol. I suppose Advil would be the pain-killer of choice in this situation, but pharmacists tell me Advil weakens the strength of most of the other meds I take.
Thanks Clint....I may decide to forgo the lifting excercises next time at the gym, and stick to lower body. I hope Mother Nature is on my side.
