I misread your post the first time, I thought you said a Royal Crown Cola and Coke, and I was scratching my head! Then I read it again and got it, LOL. I am enjoying the Anniversary Kake. It can get a little spicy, but the Virginia components are more complex than La. Red. I’ll probably always primarily be a Virginia guy, but I’ll always have a Vaper or two on hand, and this will likely be one of them.
No pic, enjoying OGS gently broken up but not rubbed out, in a Briary Morta Wood half bent. It has a tall bowl, not very big around, perfect for a flake tobacco. I’ve been sipping on it for close to an hour and twenty minutes and still going. I had forgotten how good OGS is, just a whisper of Perique.
Cup of dark roast an a pipe with my neighbor on a rainy Monday. He's sampling some LA Red in a MM cob. I'm enjoying Dunhill London Mixture in a Comoy. Tapatalk Spam Tag
Great news- Scandinavian Tobacco Group has just bought the rights to produce the Dunhill tobaccos! If you were hoarding go ahead and light up!
And a fine collection you have, sir! I’ve been at it for over 40 years, but my collection pales by comparison!
Alex, I think I told you that I have a collection of some of my Dad's pipes(won't smoke'em, but they help remind me of him).
They really are Agman. My dad had to give up cigarettes in 1960 after getting a heart attack, but he went on to continue his pipe smoking after he recovered(and was given clearance to continue with the pipes).
Bless you, my friend! I hope you get many great smokes or just smiles, with that pipe. That came to you from "Turkey With Love". Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
Stopped in an antique shop yesterday and spotted a couple of baskets filled with vintage pipes. After rejecting 9.5/10 only three were left to be considered. I chose this Kaywoodie 185. It has an intact stinger, very little tooth marks on the bit, and the bowl is in great condition. I though it was stained black until I saw it in the sun. After minimal cleaning and a couple swabs with an Everclear wetted fuzzy stick I loaded with our Chris's @Bama Samurai favorite VaPer. It's a sweet 1972-'80 built bowl for all of twelve bucks!
