    Personna PTFE Blade
    Semogue Excelsior Boar Brush
Sudsy Soapery Citrus & Bay Soap
    Dickinson's Witch Hazel w/Orange
Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum After Shave

I purposely didn't shave for a while because I've heard these very early Schick razors are pretty aggressive. So I decided to do a midnight shave, as on Saturdays I can get kinda lazy. It took a bit to get used to the different angle, and I took my time, but when I did, all I can say is nice. Yes it is aggressive, but no weepers and just the normal sting I get after using after shave. I did my usual two passes, but didn't lather up for any touch up. I just felt along my face and only noticed one area on my neck that needed a bit of attention. So I just made sure my face was wet and went at it with a couple of strokes. I ended up with a very smooth and pretty comfortable BBS shave.

In bad need of a high tallow rate soap I used Kimbo, but lathering with something smelling coffee is not my poison.
Maybe because I imagine I should drink something tasting like Eau de Cologne...

    Saturday Straights' Shave
    zcws.jpg

    Cold Water Rinse
    Arko Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #376
    Kamisori shavette
    Feather Professional
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Ice Blue

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Arko Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #376 Brush. I did two passes with the Kamisori shavette razor with a Feather Professional Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Shark day 6
    Arko Shaving Stick
    Prep ASB
    Pe Re Ja Lemon Cologne

I had lather flying all over the bathroom as well as enough for three guys to shave with from twenty five seconds of rubbing the Arko stick along my face and neck along with that famous clean, soapy scent which I love so much. The Shark blade seems to have lost some of its sharpness but it still performed great. The Prep took perfect care of my postshave needs and the Pe Re Ja cologne, which is also from Turkey was an ideal finish - it has a lovely lemony scent and it works very well as an aftershave. A super duper three pass BBS shave!
