Schick I1 (I55v2) w/Schick Proline B-20, shave 1. This razor threw me for a loop. For the amount of blade exposure this razor is nothing like the other I55 white handle variant. This as it turns out is pretty mild razor more akin to the black handle I1 or J2 than the other I55 variant or I2 hydro-magic. Frankly this razor maybe the worst shave I've gotten from any Schick injector so far.

The "O" Clone is amazingly smooth and forgiving, but with a Twin Blade it delivers without any fuss a super close all round finish. Probably my favourite Razor designed for use with a Twin blade.

Main shave today is with my newest addition to the GEM SE family collection,& the GEM Junior Parade did not let me down. The Gem junior parade razor with a Gem coated blade is one of the Smoothest & efficient shaves in that combination of gear shaving can offer with reasonable hand technique. Razor : GEM Junior Parade mfg 1938 Blade : GEM Personna SS teflon (9) Brush : Razorock Noir 400 Plissoft Soap : Razorock XXX Pre shave : Wet the face + Aloe Vera gel Post shave: Alum + cold water rinse Post shave : Razorock XXX splash + witch hazel + nivea balm Results : CCS,DFS,BbS + Alum indicated some irritation around the chin area with no weepers= Have some great shaves!
Schick I2 w/Schick Proline B-20, shave 2. This razor doesn't disappoint for close shaves. I am also evaluating my injectors and discovered something else concerning all various I model injectors. Of the three I1 variants this one here is the exact same shaver as the I2, only difference between this and the I2 is the hydro-magic lever and handle color. The other two I1 injector variants aka the black handle one with Schick stamped on the head and white handle one with Schick safety razor stamped on the head are both different types of milder shavers partially due to the different blade exposures. One other salient point to make concerning the I2 and white handle Eversharp Schick stamped I1 is that I1 should be able to use a Schick II twin blade with it whereas with the I2 you supposedly can't.
Mon 19th August Cyril Salter / Maseto ED. 2band Arran Aromatics Bay Citrus Schick N3 Schick Twin -Japan [ 1 ] Massimo Dutti A/S Lotion Rather spoilt myself today by having another Twin Blade Shave. This time used the rather elegant N3 with a fresh blade, the Shave is so smooth and forgiving, that it is so easy to get a trouble free ultra close finish. For those with a sensitive skin this is a great Razor, shame the blades are so expensive. I was lucky that once I got 5packs at a knockdown price, and have enough blades to last me some time even if I used them Daily.
Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Proraso Green Jayaruh #206 TNNSER by Tom CVS CS CWR Osage Rub My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Green Shaving Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #206 Brush. I did two passes with the TNNSER razor with a CVS CS SE Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
