Well... I guess you have money coming in to pay for those straights then.

Well this afternoon I stripped the spindle on the RR down to clean it proper and then put about 300 passes on the blade. Don't know if the edge is any sharper, but the safety bar has made a mark on the hone now (actually two marks).

If I get the RR down, then perhaps I will venture into straights. However, that is another project for another time. Maybe over summer break...

 

I decided a long handle brush would be different and useful to me

Yes, I'll be picking up some razors tomorrow... Someone from SRP asked me to get the Hunting Scene razor for them, so I figure while I"m there, I might as well pick up the wedges, right?

 

That's tough, I feel really lucky that I get to do so much roleplaying here. I found out today we're not doing superheros, just badasses. Still going to be totally awesome. I'm thinking Evie might be an ex cop or her parents were both cops or something. Either way she needs a background in detective work since she can't kill people she'll be the sneaky one.

Looks like this Sheaffer *does* have issues. A ripped sac. That and it was only slipped on, not glued into place. An easy fix, for someone who knows how (hint hint)...

You did really well! How'd you ever work up the nerve to actually sell them? I'm glad to hear you're going to get that pair of straights. They're awesome looking razors and I think you'll enjoy them a bunch!
