    Adjustable August

    Good Morning!

    Excellent shave to start the day! Three passes for near BBS.

    In keeping with the Adjustable theme I swapped over to the ••• plate. Not as smooth as the •• with the same great result. The •• plate is my sweet spot but I'll probably keep the ••• plate on until this blade runs its course.

    Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: vintage Personna twin
    Razor: Schick L1
    Brush: Surrey badger
    Soap: Soap Commander Influence
    Post: Witch hazel, Jeeves of Hudson Street Black Tea aftershave

    Excellent shave this morning. The twin blades help the mild Schick L ramp it up a notch. Wonderful lather and scent from Soap Commander Influence. Everything worked quite well together.

    @jluc You can still purchase SARB's, but the cost has increased. Not that anyone needs to know here as most of you are resistant to purchases, but it's a classic Seiko with a very nice in-house movement under the hood. In fact, I would not recommend anyone looking at this gent's YouTube channel or his website. It would be a total waste of your time. :)
