    The New IT guy came in Tuesday's :D.
    New, well he's only been there 2 years.
    He loves his work, I love his work too ;)
    I went back to installing the new stuff.
    With the help of the equipment makers, it's up and running today.

    That photo is just...wrong. The Piggly Wiggly is the only 30DC shopping and dating venue. You just wasted a kilo ton of Russian Sub Commander Mojo at Aldi's. :angry032:

    Things are proceeding as planned, Boss. I've got the whole crew buying watches and even posting wrist shots. Like we said, keep 'em busy, broke, and off-kilter and they stay out of trouble.

    @jluc is the exception...acts like he's not gonna spring for a new watch. He tossed up a few photos of them SARBs like he's wearing the big boy pants. I had to drop the SKX007/009 dive watch thread on him...complete with photos of colorful mods, straps, bracelets, killer lume and all...the nuclear option, the triple dog dare, literally the coup de gras...looking for him to go into new watch orbit at any moment.

    As for me...well, I've been watching my p's and q's today. Just like always.

    With the exception of the cream (I just finished a tube of Real Shave Co cream), this has been my shave for the last few weeks. Most days it is just one pass maybe with a touch of clean up. It doesn't matter if I skip a few days, the shave is just as easy and comfortable as always. Enjoy your shaves.

    Razor - Soviet "Ideal" (Super Adjustable Clone) (9)

    Second shave with the Ideal and, well, it wasn't totally Ideal. As I mentioned yesterday this razor has a bit different feel from the Consul, including a definitely more obvious blade feel. I decided to lather with the horsey tonight, and enjoyed the scritch immensely. The lather was awesomely comfy and slick and the first two passes were quite comfy themselves. But...you know that blade is there. On the third pass as I came ATG at the jawline on the right side that blade turned on me. A nick brought some blood. Nothing major, but I do believe with the Consul or any of the Gillettes that would have been a smooth and perfect shave. Only one real flaw so no reason to get too upset. It just goes to show that gear with a bit of a quirk can create issues if you're not hyper-vigilant. As I had just finished a big steak dinner - yeah, probably not so vigilant.

    I'll go again tomorrow with this gear. It's still fun to use. The picture I took for tonight shows the underside of the head. Definitely a different design than the Consul. Again - same razor two factories? Ok. And the sky was purple all day with green and yellow striped clouds. Have a great Friday!

    Unfortunately, Piggly Wiggly is not represented in the land of the Cartel HQ. Our choices are two local companies, Schnuck's and Dierberg's, or some other discounters. As Aldi is a huge German company and has expanded into the market in a big way it is my usual go-to. I will admit, the dating is a bit limited there due to the number of, well, let's just say advanced seniors who seem to prefer it. But, the shopping isn't bad. They have cheap wine too so it can't all be bad.

    I'm not going to bite, Charlie. I currently have three dive watches and one is a Seiko, the SKX011/J1. Don't stop trying though.
