    August 25 SOTD:

    Razor: Gillette Fatboy
    Blade: Gillette Nacet
    Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
    Lather: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum
    Aftershave: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum

    My Sunday morning was thrown off a bit. I got called out to work at about 6:00 due to pretty large electrical failure. I ended up leaving last night at about 2:00. So I did not make it up in time to make pancakes for the kids. This is the first Sunday I have missed in a few years. It was a late shave, and as good as the shave was, the cup of coffee was the star of the show for me. The Atomic Age Bay Rum definitely helped, but I needed caffeine. I honestly slept most of the afternoon after church, so it has been a lazy day for me. I hope everyone has had a great day.

    Back to work shave: Monday's usually mean a safety razor shave so I decided to support this month's them Arko Adjustable in August. Loaded the Toggle with a fresh Feather, made sure the setting was on 9 and then whipped up some lemony pledge Arko goodness. I do not get the dislike for the scent, reminds me of a house just after cleaning, the last step was always using pledge on the dining room table. A very nice shave resulted.

    Monday's usually mean I wear my Seiko Astron, this is a cool watch that sets the time via GPS so it is accurate to the second. A great watch for OCD people. It did get me into trouble when I first bought it, my charming woman has a bad habit of not being on time, not very late but not on time. Thrilled with my watch's accuracy I told her she was exactly 12 minutes and 34 seconds late...... she was not impressed with the watch and did not appreciate it's accuracy.

    Razor: Gillette Toggle (Feather)
    Brush: Semogue boar
    Pre Nivea
    Soap: Arko with 3 drops of M-bomb
    AS: Proraso AS, Stirling ASB
    Scent: Pour un Homme de Caron
