Menthol Monday's Shave Cold Water Rinse C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream Jayaruh #144 Enders Speed Razor Enders Speed Blade CWR Osage Rub My prep was just a cold water rinse. The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #144 Brush. I did two passes with the Enders Speed Razor with an Enders Speed Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Monday Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Sandpiper Soap: Coate’s Lime Cream Razor: Vintage Gillette Fat Boy Blade: Vintage Gillette Spoiler Super Stainless (13) Brush: John’s Brushes Silvertip-22mmx48mm Aftershave: Country Club Classic Vetiver WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard) Coate’s Lime Cream today. 10 seconds to load the John’s Brushes Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless blade still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Vetiver aftershave. Bob

Menthol Monday: Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Wilkinson day 2 Stirling Glacial Spearmint SS Stirling Glacial Spearmint ASB B&M Arctique AS Splash Aramis EdT This was a mega Grand Freeze which started with the Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap. That stuff is unscented for the most part and it softens up the stubble beautifully, the slickness turns your face into a skating rink, and you can really feel the cooling sensation. The Glacial Spearmint soap’s scent is so lovely, it fills the bathroom, the lather is so rich, slick, as well as bone chillingly frigid, and the postshave feeling is wonderful - never any dryness or irritation. The matching balm has that same scent and icy cold, soothing, moisturizing care, and the Arctique’s freeze is off the charts - wowwwwwwwwww! What a cracker of a shave this was - FOUR passes because I wanted to enjoy the lather to the max. BBS as could be! Have a great week!

Star 1912 style razor Gem Stainless blade Vie-Long Silver Tip brush Viking "Citron" Shave Soap Osage Rub/Witch Hazel with aloe/Viking "Citron" balm M&L Florida Water cologne w/added menthol Mighty fine shave to start the week with. Really like the Viking SS; lathers easily, nice scent and gives great skincare. So, all the parts liked each other and all is well. My face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

I needed an ultra close shave this morning and reached for what might possibly be the smoothest and closest shaving razor there is. I’m talking about @twhite ‘s Bunny razor. In this case, the V2. It didn’t disappoint. I’m good for at least 36 hours before stubble becomes noticeable again. Amazing shave.
