Had a good day in Spokane. It's suddenly 68 degrees here (we had a lot of snow last week). I hope it stays this way. Working things out for my cousins (slowly). Back to work tomorrow, but am looking forward to shaving in the morning.

Took my best friend a slim adjustable last night, along with enough shaving sundries to get him started. He was pretty stoked. Also got to check out the progress on his model train setup and that's always fun.

Don't think I've ever seen earth girls are easy. Am I missing anything?

 

If you like 80's movies it is a good as any.

I never played with the model trains. People seem to like them.

That is a lot of talent and work. Very nice .

 

It actually does not take that much. I do wood pens and a bottle will do several, you should be able to more that a few brush handles out of one bottle like this:http://www.woodcraft.com/product.aspx?ProductID=08X11&FamilyID=346

A) belated congrats on the 4K Calvin - I actually gave a pre-4K notice, but it went unnoticed as it was unnoticeable


B) I hope all our Italy-residing members are safe and sound, prayers and thoughts are with you over there

 

I do have some, I just haven't given it a try yet.
Once I start into pens, I'm sure I'll use it more, as it only requires a few drops per coat, but there's a lot more surface area to a brush handle, and a lot more material for it to soak into, I'd imagine it would be pretty pricey, but I'm sure well worth it

Oh, by the way, I gave my 1912 Ever Ready another try and I definitely got better results this time.
Must've been a technique issue last time.

 

Yup... have seen it many times. Its not a favorite, but it was a lot at one stretch in time. Oh course the whole "Cuz I'm A blonde, yeah yeah yeah..." song played on Dr. Demento a lot and is on the 80's decade hits CDs. She sang several other novelty songs as well...
