    Thank you Jason. I did get a Karve OC D plate. I will revisit it during OC October. My initial thought was looks cool but the safety bar plates are smoother.

    I feel for them. I was diagnosed at 26 years old. Then I had a ruptured colon from it in December 2002 with 33 inches of colon removed. For the next 5 years, I had 5 hernia repair surgeries along the incision from the original procedure in 2002. I was told that I should not have a recurrence of diverticulitis after the procedure. Unfortunately I have it in the ascending, transcending and descending colon. With all the trauma to my abdominal area I am more sensitive to stress causing problems.

    Thank you Joseph. I have been working with the doctors and pretty much have everything under control now. It was a long road but I am glad to say the pain level is down to near nothing most days. I just need to manage stress better.
