My wife really liked the Lavender scent. I really liked MW Jeff's Lavender scent but I think Mike's might have nudged it out for the best yet.

 

Somebody's got to say it. Might as well be me.
You will really enjoy the Mike's. Give it a good bloom.

Both excellent lavenders. MW is "softer", IMO, Mike's is BOOM! Lavender.

 

I have all my Mike's in shave stick form now. I have a small bowl and soak (bloom) the end of the shave stick before use. It really works well.

A couple of questions. Are you grating the soaps and pressing them into the tubes and where do you source the tubes?

So you really DID it??

 

The Lavender was available in Shave Stick so I just bought it that way. Mike's like most artisan soaps is soft enough to just cut small pieces and press them into the container. I start with the stick turned all the way up and then lower it as I press in the soap. I use these containers from Amazon.
