I tried it with some GV brand decaf. It worked a treat. The biggest thing was that last swallow though... it was a little rank. I think that might have more to do with the materials than the method.

I've been getting whaled on the past few days doing baton training again. Always enjoyable. And the wife is still undergoing testing regarding her G.I. troubles. Did a little internet research and found out taking peppermint capsules seems to be a recognized remedy for irritable bowel which is what I think she has. Picked up a bottle, and she's already noticed some improvement. Who'd of thunk it. I wonder if sucking on a candy cane would help. Those are peppermint right?
