Hey there. How you been? Morning folks..whenever some show up that is. Did NOT want to roll out of bed at 0400..grrrrrrrr. Someone pay my bills so I can sleep in the mornings.
Good morning everyone... SWMBO sent little one down to the neighbor's to get on the bus this am so I could sleep in a little bit....late night last night She's so sweet... Dutsin, which pen exactly did you get from that link you posted....there were I think 5 different ones...
Reform 1745, with tuning. That whole thread is only about that pen, though in the group of 4 pictures it's compared side-by-side with a pelican 120. It's the pen on the right in this set of pics.
*flexes* yeah, we rock I really need to read posts instead of skim them, then I wouldn't waste several seconds trying to figure out how Greg was going to poop in the thread....
Ahhhhh that's the spirit...... Bills are on the way. I had to do a double take myself. Morning Matt. Good to see ya got a few extra minutes rest.
Oh, ok....are they all the same color? I'll go through the thread again, I thought they were all Reform pens, just different models or something....but it was kind of a "you get what I pull from the box" kind of thing.... probably couldn't get any cheaper than $13 to try out fountain pens to see if you like them, huh?
Hey, good morning Cal! Yeah, I've got to work nightwork tonight so the little extra sleep helps... :happy088
I once told a guy at a pen shop that I wanted something that could make my handwritting look neat and professional..... The guy behind the counter suggested a secretary ..badum dum.
All the pictures are green, so I'm guessing all the pens are green. I doubt it gets any cheaper than that unless you score a freebie. My Lamy Safari was pretty cheap, but not $13 cheap.
Ahoy gang! All this talk about writing utensils has started to make me wonder if this was pen island. Had another good lather with new homemade last night... the trick is I have to load it up a little more than I'm used to... that might be because (on the recommendation of some around here) I used about 1/5 the amount of essential oil I would normally use.
The only way I could see an EO affecting lather is if there were too much, thus watering down the bubbliciousness.
Actually, I suspect that it might have to do with the leather fragrance oil. I surmise that it has some lather destroying substance in it.
Well in that case it's a good thing you followed the recommendations, otherwise you might have no lather at all.
Mine are on the way to you. Did you change anything else, besides the amount and type of fragrance? I'm mad. Bought a new vacuum, and the stupid screws to attach the handle are IMPOSSIBLE! It's a handle people, come on! :angry037 No the screws are not cross threaded or anything. Not to mention a rather rude comment directed at me this morning in a thread.
