I recall it was around $25 a bottle. The Gallo and Noilly Prat I normally get are less than $10. But, perhaps you get what you pay for.

It was $17 today. It is good enough to drink over ice

Carpano is pricey, for sure, but you will not be sorry.
    Bourbon works well!

    I have bourbon. Mixing now.

Mine was for a half litter. The taste reminds me of the vermouth we drank in Barcelona.

Joseph this stuff is fantastic. I’ve never really liked Manhattans until now.

Liquor prices in Georgia are notoriously good. I prefer to drive over to Atlanta and buy a big load of booze because the selection is better and the prices are far better.

Clint, you don't know how good that looks right now. I have over 100 teenagers outside my office putting on band uniforms. A Manhattan would be wonderful right about now.

I have dealt with computer techs all day. Given my experience with the upgrade this week, they remind me of overpaid teenagers. ;) Now I just need to avoid internet shopping. I have had my eye on a couple of watches. I need to wait on the new Blackland razor coming out early fall.

It's a classy look, Perry. My summertime wear is mostly cargo shorts and tees. I break 'em out around April 1st for outside use. I wear 'em outside as long as I can...hopefully past Thanksgiving. If we travel to warmer climes during the winter, they go with me. Once it get too cold for shorts, I with to jeans.

As far as my dress / casual pants, shirts, etc., I wear everything year-round. I'm addicted to khaki and various shades of blue. I try my best to stay out of jackets and suits. :)

The clothing store near my supermarket(yes the Piggly), brought out its dress jacket sale again...$99 for a $300+ value jacket. I "stole" one once, might do it again.

    Razor: Merkur Futur
    Blade: Personna Blue
    Brush: PAA Starcraft
    Lather: Stirling For Him
    Aftershave: Stirling For Him

I was just too tired to get up and go to the gym this morning, so I got a shave out of my bathroom in today. A little Stirling For Him was the scent of choice, of course realized after today was Fat Friday. Oh well. I will soon have to pack up most of my shave stuff, as for some reason my wife doesn't think my collection adds to the value of the house as we start to show it. It has been a hectic day and with all the talk about entropy, force equations, and such I forgot to post my shave. My typical two passes and a DFS. I hope everyone has had a good day.
