As bad as all these razor/blade/shaving cream/shaving soap/shaving brush addictions can be, nothing seems to grip as hard as a Tattoo addiction. I'm at five relatively smallish tattoos right now and have been itching for some large pieces for a while. I'd kill for a nice sleeve and a side piece as large as the one you posted, but money prevents me from going crazy.

 

I've been stretching my ears since I was 16, I know exactly what you mean about how addictive body mods can be. I'm also an audiophile which is a bigger money sucking addiction then shave gear or stretching. Tattoos will probably get more expensive although my first one is going to be super tiny.

 

If I could, I'd like to give you advice that I should have taken when I got my first tattoo. If you're going for a small tattoo, get it at least twice as large as you think you want, because then it will only be half as big as you wish it was later.

Sorry to hear about the rough night at work.

Been swamped here lately and just haven't been posting, will be back to normal routine eventually. However an administrator did an about face on a policy that was changed in the fall. Now as a department chair I have been swamped trying to re-do things, get scheduling underway for next year, and prepare for the in-service I am now leading next week.

I am not going to go back through 3-4 days of back logs on posts at the moment. If something moves on the PIF will somebody PM me so I know to pay attention. Even if I vanish for a while, I am still willing to be part of that, just shoot me a PM. See y'all later!

Add another to the "hammered at work" club, they were brutal last night. Everything was running smooth until the last 4 hours, then things started going south. I got most of it taken care of before I bailed, but I was || that close to having it all wrapped up and done.

Last night was rough... Micah got severe hail (tennis ball sized!) and we lost power. Tornadoes touched down in the area... real nasty. I think everyone is ok though.

That was not over night for me. I work day shift..that was just the beginning of the day.

Actually, thankfully, we weren't hit with the tennis ball hail, just golf balls. Amazingly, there didn't appear to be any damage to the roof or the cars! The way the house was shaking, I just knew there wouldn't be any shingles left.

morning folks. Sleep wise the kiddos were good last night, but work went long. I didn't get home until late. That's just the nature of this week. Good Friday's always a little weird. Used to be everything shut down on this day, but now it seems like no one even remembers or cares.
