H'lo Matt and Ray. How be things? Geez it's quiet around here. Been that way for a few days. Are we petering out here or what? Everyone is pen and shave talked out I guess.

On the plus side I believe my AD's are over. I have no compulsion to go out and get anything right now. The monkey has moved on finally.

 

Hey Shep. Yeah AD abyss. No money spent this year save for one pity buy down in Miami.

 

Oh come on you know the Monkey will return.

AHHHHHH Friday at work is done. I got home and my order of cigars from Thompson was waiting in the door. Good Maduro stuff.

That is all for work until tuesday at 1130 or so. Love my schedule.

I prefer Dominican stuff... but Finck Cigar sells a nice Honduran line.,.. Alamo I believe they call it. I bought a Thompson house brand.. Cuban Mistakes. under $1 a stick but not that bad in Muduro. I had bought some before.

Almost muggy warm here.. We might get some weather in the next few days I hear.

 

It was pretty nice today....60-ish or something like that....I think we're in for some storms, too...maybe even tonight, not sure....I hate working in the rain..

I haven't had a cigar in a while since it's been winter....when I was last smoking them, Rocky Patel The Edge Maduro were my favs.... I'll probably pick up a few nice ones tomorrow, there's a nice shop down near my folks' house...

 

Matt I am really considering that trade on the Lather Catcher... one of those early 1912's would really...really be nice. I just hate to get rid of that Superior. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

 

Never smoked an Edge... They sound nice though and i do like the maduro. There are a few nice stores in Lafayette but I do not usually have the plate to go into them.
