Glad to here it. Too many people want society to raise their kids nowadays. I've advocated that many times myself. I'm trying to talk my oldest into that route after high school. Go into the service, do some growing up, and let Uncle Sam pick up part of the college bill. Or if you like it, do your 20 years and retire at 38.
Ray, sorry to hear about the kid troubles. I'm still working on my boy and he's almost 21 now. At least he's grown beyond the unmotivate F effort stage, but it took a village to do it. That attitude at 12 is either a blessing or a curse. With luck, he's just getting it over wiith early on. My advice: take away his freakin' birhtday and put his tail to work. Hold him responsible and remove the privileges. Hang in there. It's the only reasonable choice (but, I'm sure you know that). It is REALLY quiet around here these days. Must be the good spring weather or something. I'll add my voice to those awaiting photos of stripper shoes, but will thank Jen for sharing the group shot - you guys look like you're having a blast. Shep, the motivation that kept me from getting tattoos was seeing those that my Uncle got in the 40's. (when he was in his 20's). By the time he was 60, they weren't very cool anymore, especially the one with the name of his first wife. He did have a snake wrapped around a knife with 'death before dishonor' that I liked, but even that was pretty nasty after 40 years of living on his bicep. Thanks, Uncle Barney!

aww...I know that feeling, it's tough but at the same time you like to see the independence... I'm interested in your opinion of the Treets...one of the gazillion brands of blades I haven't tried yet....I'm pretty set in 7OCBs, especially since the bulk buy....I'd still like to try some other blades out down the road...
Pretty good day. Went out for lunch with my great aunt, who's the only relative left I have who I get along with. Played some Humble Pie records. Just kickin' back.
With all this sampling, I'm hoping to get a few favorites nailed down so I can stock up. All this talk about peoples' favorite blades, creams, soaps, brushes, etc. becoming unavailable is making me paranoid, I guess. :happy102
