Not bad . Only 9 pages in for the first day . I will shave later and post tonight.
Seen some wonderful pics and great reports. Good stuff gents!
Also would like to take this time to say " welcome " to anyone new joining us for the month or year or lifetime. This is a great place to start into wetshaving or even just sharpen your skills with some new gear. I joined almost 2 years ago and never found the 'exit' door . To be honest I don't think there is one . Dont be shy to ask questions or join in on the fun.
Have a great day today everyone!

    Good morning to everyone.
Today i searched my shave goods to call up the razors for SEptember. 20190901_100942_resized.jpg I may have missed some. I blame poor organization, begining old age, and too much shave junk.
Today I picked the shovelhead. Mostly because i have had the best experience from it. Teamed up with Sterling's bergamot and lavender, soap and aftershave balm. I picked my alpha 400 copy, with an outstanding badger silvertip knot. Later paired with versace cologne. 20190901_093900_resized.jpg discussion I'd like to expand upon with the parameters of the month.
    1) the benefits and handicaps of se blades. (Performance, sharpness, cost, availability)
    2) the se razors, methods of dealing with the big head se, how to tame the ocmm, benifits of injectors, and how to find the best angle with them.
    3) and just to beat a dead horse, why i prefer to bloom a soap when using a badger , but not a synthetic, lol.
    Hello SEptember.
Hope y'all did as well, or better.

Just wanted to let everyone from the past know that I’m still around. Working full time for the local Dept of Social Services. Still shaving every day, and beginning to feel my years.
