I have found this to be the case with the Old style Gillettes and my older Muhle R89 is even fussier. They can bite pretty bad if you aren't paying attention to blade loading placement.

yes, they deliver an excellent shave.

 

Placement in my Old is about as sensitive as in the Slant. Bunny's right - it shaves great once it's there. Made the mistake my first time out of the gate with the Old of not really paying much attention. OUCH.

We're getting ready for Easter dinner. It'll be a late one, but a good one. I'm working through the taxes (fun). Had an awesome shave today with grandpa's '48 SS and a 7 O'clock Black. Used a sample of TOBS Sandalwood from Joanna, with a few drops of glycerine mixed in for good measure. AV Musk... ahhhh. It feels good to shave after 3 days! Now, I've just got to work on keeping my hands of my face

 

well yes, in character it would be completely understandable for his character to be angry at Mia but he yelled at me about this out of character which is just uncalled for

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not but yes, people need to be able to seperate themselves from their characters... Especially in situations like that. If this wasn't the case why even try to make. Character that is different then you are

 

evening folks. the big work week is over. I'm exhausted and I feel like junk. I think it's an allergic reaction to all the lillies I was exposed to this morning. I bought some guiness in a bottle (heresy, I know- but it's all I can get around here) to cheer myself up.
