    Well Joe it's all in the 30DC handbook or it would be if we could afford to print one.
    Through the rumor mill, I heard that all the handbook money was lost by one guy and a trip to Las Vegas. Everyone was miffed. When they found out he had a great time and lots of fun there, all was forgiven. He was promoted to grand poo ba, we've had a blast here ever since.
    Although the rumor mill committee claims they don't exist, the grape vine committee says it's only a rumor.
    The cartel won't confirm or deny any part of it.

    The Cartel has no knowledge, memory, or records of any such thing. Or anything at all, truth be told. Unless we need the knowledge, memory or records to prove a point. It's a good system that seems to work well. With the appropriate forms in triplicate, of course.
