No idea! Could be a one off custom. Might have had a decal that wore off. Only hope for identification is someone else owning one with the label still on.
I can try to give you my limited information. Due to the lack of a metal insert, I doubt that it's of German origin. It's general shape is reminiscent of a Rubberset of the 20's and 30's, but lacking a metal ferrel I'd say it's a reproduction / copy. This said I've came across some inexpensive copies that dated from that era. It looks to be a one piece construction I say it's newer than the 50's. Due to its heavier finish it's from China from the 60's or 70's possibly a Butterfly. You must remember this is from only two pictures. Sorry if I'm way off the mark
