Well after using the Yaqi DOC for the last two days I thought I'd see how the Sticky measured up and it remains my favourite mild DE.
On the other hand the 610 has deposed the 1470 as my favourite Semogue boar. What a marvelous little lather machine it is.
    Smooth Shaves one and all.

Carbon Shaving CX316L vs. Seygus Zepprlin .7/.9.

I scrapped stock Carbon handle for my tungsten weighted Tech handle which balances perfectly and is my preferred length. Fair fight against the Seygus. Both are pretty sweet, I prefer the handling and feel of the Carbon, which has a lighter and thinner profile head. It also has particularly large cap span which I think accounts for its greater audible feedback. The Seygus provides much less feedback but is smooth and ultimately more efficient. No knockout but decision Seygus. BIC blades.[IMG][IMG]
