WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Route 66 Bourbon Jungle today. 20 seconds to load the Cowboy Classic/Whipped Dog Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless blade still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Southern Oud aftershave.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #30RS Brush. I did two passes with the TNNSER 3D razor with a CVS CS SE Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Barbasol AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

just test drove it..not bad.will need more time with it..feels different to a gillette for sure.very audible..slight wave to the blade edge i am not used to seeing but i may be overthinking it.blade appears flat and not binding at first glance..will play more when time allows..maybe a subject for a focus..

I bought this Permafrost Blue soap from Tryphon Enterprises about ten years ago and I feel bad that the company is no longer in business because it sold such great products. This particular soap is glycerine based, blooming it brings out the lovely black licorice scent and promotes thick, rich lather with fantastic blade glide and a good, strong menthol sensation. The Prep felt so good when I massaged it on and the Fougere Santal aftershave, with its gorgeous scent (and menthol goodness) was a perfect finish. Three passes gave me a a dynamite BBS shave!
