Get a waterpic, I got the oral b model that come with a toothbrush. It's a bit spendy, but it does wonders for cleaning around braces.
Also use Crest proguard mouthwash. Something in it helps loosen bits up, it makes a big difference.

Oh, and advil and wax are your best friends.

I just got my braces off after 2 years, now I have to wear a dang retainer 24/7 for another year or 2.

I was up above it!

Afternoon folks. Claritin is a wonderful drug. Has me feeling close to human again.

 

Just getting rained out of the last half a day at work. It's just too dangerous to operate these old friction cranes when it is raining so hard. The damn clutches get wet and slip if you have a heavy load on. These raker beams I am setting at work are around 85,000 pounds. WAY too heavy for a rainy day!!!
