    Lovely picture. Well took

I have the TH sandle wood soap puck. How do you find the cream? I love the scent of the soap. In fact it is perhaps the best scented soap i have. The bowl, and presentation is fantastic as well. Its a great overall package.
The soap is ok. I've better but i have worse. Good to lather but residual slickness is missing a little and it can be a tad drying?

Thank you, John. I appreciate the kind words.

This is my first use of T&H shave cream, and I've never tried the soap. It lathers very easily and provides good protection. I'd say the slickness is average...on part with other English creams I've used. I'm not a good judge of whether products are drying or not. I used unrefined shea butter in my post shave routine (learned this from @celestino a few years ago), and it completely moisturizes my face.

Compared to TOBS sandalwood cream, T&H is more lightly scented and pleasing to my nose. I'd certainly purchase it again; however, I still prefer TOBS overall due to combined price and performance. I'll have to try an English soap sometime to compare it against the creams.

Have a great evening, my friend.

Thanks Jim! You're counting down the days to the new job. Exciting times!
My head is still spinning, Paul. I may need an ice cream to recover. :)
Thanks Clint. Everyone is avoiding me at present. ;)
Thanks Gary. I tried to include a few more details in my post today. Thought it would be helpful for some of our newer members. Hope all is well, my friend. Be sure to guard the stockpile of cool vintage Gillette razors that have escaped the US and have been entrusted to your care.
Thanks Joe. I'm happy with it. I'm 2 lbs below my target, so I'll be looking for some ice cream later today. I think I mentioned that earlier, but it is worth restating. :eatdrink020:

The yellow SOC did much better on the MR8, but, as of now, is not my top preference.
Hope to survive until tests are done!

Received test soap by Luis of Yourshaving.
Not complaining, but I don't definitely like olive oil based soaps: lather does not last and dries up very quick.
This one, in particular, smells like Amaretto di Saronno while it should be almond.
Don't like almondc scent, but, at 4:40 in the morning, Amaretto is unbearable!
