My old German Shepherd snoozes alot these days . Not the watch dog she used to be anymore.

I recently got a horsehair brush from @BaylorGator and only used it once but I love it so far.

No worries, Clint. I'm just at the point of just enjoying the gear I have. I get more of a kick out of tweaking my technique to get progressively better shaves.

I'm in the good graces of my Bride for hanging "her" pictures and for getting my office organized. I've got a little more wire management to complete. I'm waiting for some stuff from Amazon to get this done. I got a floor plug installed today under my desk, so I was able to eliminate a long extension cord running across the floor. I don't really need the office these days, but it's a place to keep all my books and mementos out where I can enjoy them. It's kind of my place to hang out.

Thank you Jason. My daughter gave it to me since I like camo. Used to work on Cummins engines at one time though. Hope I'm still driving at 70 yrs old . My grandfather drove till he was 94. Died at 104.

I am close to the same point. I still have a huge weak spot for shave brushes.

I have kept the house very clean this week. Right now I washing all my clothes so that Swati only has to deal with a week's worth of clothes in her bag. I have an office area in the house but prefer to use the computer desk in the family room.

Swati and I are going to visit Maya on 9/13=9/15/19 for parents weekend. If its like last year, it will be wall to wall activities. I am going to try to come up later this year for a longer visit and get up to see you guys as well.

 

I still get the breakouts on my forehead and I'm pushing 50. I get very dry on both cheeks under the eye bags too. I like the witch hazel for those areas. Heard lots about alum but never tried it ...yet.

 

]I've got a couple of those right now. Might be repurposed ice cream taste test spoons.

no problem sir.but i did realize that i have some cool razors and i should be thankful for them..my aristocrats are top end razors but from 70+years ago..i am going to invest in a karve set though..

i agree Danny..i have been thinking about a karve since last christmas when i had to pass on buying it.then decided to clean up the gillette collection before investing in different brands.well i am pretty much there and the cooper came along at the right moment..now there is an oc carve head as well so that's like gas on the fire..let's see what the future holds ,and thank you all for steering me in the right direction..
