  1. That is a good razor.. do not let the shorter handle scare you off... You can get a great shave from them. I have several travel size with the short handle that shave great.
  2. I went ahead and got the short handle Damaskeene as well.
That'll make 3 good SE's in my collection, but leaves room for an old Jr. if I find one for a good price (like that ~$20 I didn't win).
  3. I turn my Esterbrook when I take the cap on and off. :D
  4. Yeah, there are a bunch of different kits, I think this is the basic starter set. Cheap enough that screwing up wouldn't bother me. I am going to be doing some roller balls soon so that I can use my G2 refills. :) Probably will do a fountain eventually. I never got too interested because the first one I got bled all over.
That is awesome, I am glad you are enjoying it! I look forward to seeing more of your work!

Thank you both! This one takes a Cross ball point refill. I am planning to do some Parker Rollerballs, just because I love my G2s.

Goodnight all, hope you all had a good day!
  5. goodnight Rodd... always good to hear from you.
  6. Evening all. Tag you're it Cal.

I've got one of those 5 piece Gillette Old Style razors I'd trade. :happy102
  7. I see your Lassie and raise you a Gentle Ben :D
  8. I have one of those or I would!
  9. All mine are 3 piece :D I feel left out. :D How many eggs a day are the Hens cranking out MsB?
  10. I blew carrots out my nose laughing so hard.. there is nothing much better then that old stuff.
  11. Yep, can be very therapeutic. Been trying to get Jenna signed up for therapeutic riding, but...hmmmmmm.....that's another story. But I know she would benefit immensely from it, and have the mostest fun of her life.

That is AWESOME! I need a pen to match my Royal brush. :D

    Seriously.
    Swiper, No Swiping!
Fixed that for ya, really. No need for IMG tags around the video link.
  12. 14 hens are kicking out 9 one day, 13 the next day. Cochins don't lay like your production breeds do. I shipped out 3 doz hatching eggs Monday morning. The pullets (young gals just starting to lay) are doing well with a solid 12 a day from 13 gals. The pullets eggs are a touch bigger than Tracy's Easter egg shave cream containers. By the end of the laying season they will get them up to size.
  13. Hello Queen.. Good night Queen. I am headed out.
  14. Yeah, I should be doing the same any second now.

    Night, Fuzzy Wuzzy Snuggly Bunny!
  15. Joanna, we have The Red River Riders here about 12 minutes from my house. We take kids like Jenna out riding and the farm has all the safety equipment and we have enough staff so each rider gets 1 on 1. My mare spends a month each summer giving kids rides. I just know Jenna would love it. Horses can be big and scarey for a kid though. I take my mini mare over for the kids who are afraid to get to know. Most of the time they are ready for a big horse after spending some time with Jill.
  16. Nite Bunny!
  17. Thanks young lady...

I'm heading out too. I have a Keystone Cops movie calling my name and have to get up early and take Momma to the doctors.

    Night all!
  18. There is a farm in town here that does the therapy, but when I contacted them last year for the forms I need to fill out, they never sent them. Might try again this year.

Jenna is quite fearless really, as long as you don't lay her down on an unfamiliar surface.

But, of course, sometimes different situations do get different reactions. I'm usually very attune to how she is handling/reacting to things, familiar or unfamiliar.

I'm half tempted to get my own horse, but yeah, I'm smarter than that. <shrug> Just knowing myself.
  19. ahhh you gals make me fell all wanted and loved :D
