Awesome shave with the Stahly head on a homemade handle. The handle is solid brass and is heavy chrome plated and was originally used in an everyday application. I'll see if y'all can guess what it was. I was afraid that the handle would be slick and not controllable but I found that was not the case. The handle was a little shorter than I wanted because it had a 1/4 inch bore down part of it and that had to be cut out. The little stubby looks great on the Stahly. The Stahly is just a great shaver. Two passes, no nicks and we were finished. Last two days it has been in the 90s in Alabama. Fall is coming, I think. Take care guys!
