Hey folks mail just ran here... The Bunny is now the proud owner of a open comb.. yes he said open comb 1912 with box. Also a Durham demonstrator, one that looks like a weird straight razor.. and another Damanskeene 1912 In a box. I am in the middle of my cheap week so the OC 1912 will hav to wait till Wed morning... I also got in a nice sample of Derby S/C from MsB. That will also have to wait.

So how are the y'all?

I got to get up for work at about 0400 in the morning. So will not be a late night for the bunny.

Same here... been staying up till about 11 and getting up at 4 all week. Have a headache today and just want to go to bed.

 

Yeah, luckily I only have to get up at 0400 2 days a week....actually, it's 0345 since I've started this DE shaving biz....

 

Where the heck is Tracy at? And Bong? Were they abducted and put into forced labor camps or what?

 

Jen has been missing lately as well.

 

Well, I believe I blew away my attempts to -not- spend...
My avarice got the better of me and I PM'ed Bob about getting a Bull Mastiff sent my way, and I also PMed Paul at Connaught about 250 blades.
Yeah... I'm an oak, alright.

I've noticed she's been uncharacteristically quiet.
I wonder if her ear issue has kept her away?

 

I use to get up at 0330 to shave.. but since I moved closer to the casino I can get up later and still have shave time.

I have notived that Tracy is MIA again. Dang work.

So what else is a cooking.

 

not much going on here. Just got a call from my parents and they are going to come visit Sunday between church and soccer. So I guess I ought to start straightening the apartment up. So where did I start?.... my shave den. OK, I enjoy just going through all the soaps, creams, etc... and re-arranging them... so I guess that doesn't count.

Daughter's bedtime is in about 20 minutes then I am going to go get wife some chocolate and me some stout beer.

 

Yea I know about cleaning the den I do that pretty regularly.. more like rearrange. Enjoy tha Beer.

 

While I am waiting, perhaps I will give the RR another hundred passes on the stone. It is sharp enough to give a good shave, but is it sharp as it should be?

Dr. Mike's sale of the Sansa Clip reminded me...

while walking up and down Michigan Avenue in Chicago the other week, I was listening to my sansa clip and using my LG phone. As I walk in front of the apple store, I got this weird feeling and looked over to see I was being glared at by an employee. The employee was probably looking at something else, but I had a moment where I was tempted to just walk into the Apple store. Just as the thought of going in cross my mind, an alarm started going off, and I had to laugh to myself as I continued strolling along.
