If that is the original print, it is a bloody good book. Scared the crap out of me when i read it tbh.
Perhaps Kings best book. The Stand is often given that accolade but i think IT has a better grasp of story telling for the sake of the plot, rather than The Stand who's storytelling can wonder off for its own sake.

I am reading Pet Cemetery atm. When i say "read", it is so in fits and starts. I don't seem to get into the flow of it too easily.

Yes . It is the original. I am a sporadic reader also with everything going on this summer but sure love when I do get to pick it up. My girlfriend likes The Stand also but agrees that IT is a better dead for that purpose. Insomnia was one of my favorites. Only read it when I couldn't get to sleep. Ironic eh?

Hello all and welcome to Wednesday.
Fell asleep last night trying to get through all the posts, sorry. Got a package in the mail. I did not know that Clubman made a soap, considering the price, it went right into the cart. Wanted a classic shave, so into the wayback machine, a classic scent, a classic razor and a classic brush.
The soap is slick, thirsty, and whips up great lather. Actually it a really good soap, hey Pinaid fans, where's your soap?
This will go into the wonderful soap stash.
Anyway, 2 passes on the face, 2 passes on the head, no issues.

The knots on the CH2 and the Thater are just so large and dense it really puts them in a separate class. Even the 30mm Tuxedo is not as dense. The Duke 3 is a much smaller and less dense knot. It is easier to splay. It would make a great travel brush that is also big enough to use everyday.
