    Others have answered already, I am sure, but the 30 Day Rule (or a variation of) is something that virtually all of us did when we first started hanging around this thread.
    When you say ‘the full 30DC’, I think you mean the Rule or even a Focus ( see Neal’s intro). The ‘30DC’ is short for 30 Day Crew- just a name that some of us use to give a group name to the regulars on here. Not to be confused with Motley Crüe or the 2 Live Crew...actually, scrap that, there are some subtle influences from both on here...:angelic007:
