  1. When you say "The Clubman scent has long since gone", do you mean "from your property"?

  7. September; Too Distracted for the SE's

    Sugar bowl of Frankensoap
    Prototype R400 by @Vlasta
    Suribachi bowl, cool water
    Maggard V3A cap/baseplate
    Maggard SS#18 handle
    Pinaud Lime Sec EDC
SOTD 09122019 ABT#6 Maggard V3A.gif The odd lot of mystery soap keeps going. Today stirred up with a badger in the bowl. I started the beard reduction portion of the procedure with a lightly used Voskhod blade. It pulled like a dull one, so I swapped in another slightly used blade -Astra SP I think? Better feel so I completed the 1st pass. Second and third much the same acceptable edge feel. My impression of this clone of the Muhle R41 by Maggard? It cuts close! No errors or irritation, still a little lower neck stubble but I wasn't chasing the baby on a first time out with what could be a biter. Thank to Danny @Hembree for the loan! I've got a SHD two band fan in my cart for that Graydog handle and I'm debating adding one of these or holding out for an R41...
    Good Shaves Y'all!

  10. Oddly enough the last batch of bits I squashed together smelled pretty good. Took the snurdle dipper and added a pea sized portion of 3 different soaps to see what would happen. Bored you ask? Maybe .May give it a go tonight when I get home .
Oh. And nice shave btw Rick!

  11. Got some doodads from Amazon (thanks to the recommendations from the computer gamers on YouTube) and finished getting the wires around my desk (table) hidden. I could clean 'em up a little more, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

  13. Very nice setup for you, Charlie.....During my college years, I used a "desk(table")for my homework. Today, it serves as my kitchen table.

  14. Thanks Joe. I appreciate it.
I still have a few drops of Clubman left in the hot sauce bottle, Paul. The scent of the juice I applied this morning didn't stick around long. I don't apply very much out of consideration for the general population. :)
    Thank you, Perry!
And what about mine, Patrick????? :happy097:
Thanks Paul. The kitchen table has been my standby for many years. :) We went on a vacation a couple of years ago. I spread all my stuff out on the dining room table in the condo, and the size was perfect. I measured the table, came home and purchased this table (same size) on-line. It doesn't look like it, but it weighs a ton. I have it sitting on gliders so I can move it around. :)
    Thanks Jim.
