I ordered some lens cones for the enlargers. That was my limit this week. I have got to get back into the darkroom.

 

Shave Fu Friday catchup post. Sorry but very pressed for time today. Just ate and going back to work.

All soaps are going in my will to my future grandchildren someday when I have some .
And yes I like shaving on the cheap with my experimental soap concoction. Keeps it interesting.

I wanted to try to master crummy blades and those reputed to be sharper. Used each selection of blades till I got the results I wanted. No rule on longevity though. Some were one and done, some went a week or so.

 

I know that Danny.....I just may want to get this "kick-started" by my nephew and sister, who can work with me "in person". Presuming that happens, I'll then come to you guys for further help when needed.

Why are guys better at math for 1000, Alex.

I've heard about two projects where that caused problems. Fairly certain the Hubble telescope suffered from a conversion factor malady. It was corrected and works fine now. The other was a radiation machine for treating prostate cancer. I didn't look into the details, but because of the conversion confusion several men were overdosed, pretty much cooked down there, and required artificial sphincters be installed. Ouch.

That Frankensoap will be easy to do a Pass Around!

 

Yes. That was a custom color combination to match bathroom, and I asked for the little 'eyes' to only be on the bottom. It is awesome!

Semogue OC Badger

Nivea Men's ASB (not pictured)
I picked my least favorite razor in my den to pair with my favorite scent. Bloomed the soap so that I can get a nice preshave and then I built a nice wet lather with my Semogue badger. Did 2 passes with minor touch ups to get an error-free BBS shave. Finished with the matching aftershave and Nivea ASB. Piacenza just puts me in such a good mood. Two more shaves to go with the VDH.
