Thank you for the kind words, Clint! Before I go in to the building, I pray that I do my best and that I show Jesus' love for them. I serve in a great small school district where the parents did a fine job raising their children. The teachers are true professionals and are always helpful to me. It is a nice place to work.

Excellent, Jon. I have gotten some rashes at times, but they quickly disappeared.

Veddy nice, Jim! I also try to squeeze out the max number of shaves per blade.

Sorry about the shave, Jeff! I surmise that it may be your technique that is causing the problem because other shavers haven't experienced your situation. It may be that your angle of attack is too large and/or you are placing to much pressure on the razor. Why don't you try a few more shaves with the GEM and make these adjustments to see if you get better results.

Very nice write up Keith! And, of course some neat & cool razor software combos.

    Thank you Joseph!

I have found a few products that give me skin problems. I usually give it one more chance, then set it aside. A DFS+ is about the best you’ll see from my shaving. BBS is usually full of irritation. Great write up!

Extremely cool Jim! I have been looking at the Vector for way too long. Still not in stock....

And...do you have several different ’Barbershop’ versions? Looking for some comparisons & 30DC enabling. Anyone throw some suggestions in!

Razor burn....no fun. Hope the cold rinse and WH made it all better.

I don't try and stretch blades. I swap AC blades out after six shaves. This one just didn't make it that far or I lost count.

I don't have many barbershop scents. I have the Stirling and PAA Club Guy which are similar to one another. I also have B&M Seville which is described as a barbershop scent. Wonderful citrus scent but not at all like the other two.

Do the young men have a scrappy look? Or on there toes with the razor. I ask because shaving does not seem important to a lot of the younger guys I see.

Soup, cereal or get crazy and drink my coffee from it. Might even throw some flower seeds in it and do some blooming! :)

Believe it or not Fuzzy most are clean shaven. The bearded ones generally keep it neat! The students are very respectful and have had very few disciplinary problems. I basically tell them that if they want to be treated like adults, then act like one and that means to accept responsibility for your less than acceptable behavior. I basically lay it out plan and simple. It also helps that I have been in a classroom setting for many years.

Depending on the blade, I get up to 8 shaves and then I put in a new blade.

I like that idea. Use the bowl for a planter! That would be for the folks that want to bloom in their bowl.

Well, let's see how I can describe this morning's shave: It was Stoylin's Blood On Steel(both shave soap&A.S.). It's a scent I will have to work at getting used to. That doesn't mean I like it or dislike it right away-means just what I said. It's quite different than others. I got the usual great slickness and strength Stoylin soaps provide. I was PIFed both of these, with a 3.0 size soap and 2.0 size aftershave. I'm sure the latter will finish first. I did get 3 cuts(well 1 cut and two "cryers"), but that's on me, not the BoS. Many members have said great things about BoS. I'm not QUITE ready to join the many, but I will keep going with it.

Sorry about the rough shave Jeff. Many times Gem PTFE blades are rough out of the package. I usually palm strop the blade to make the first shave smoother.
