    I guess the JFK was an attempt to copycat NYC...maybe it didn't work altogether. My parents loved the place though.

    Well thanks Fuzzy!
    This is a great razor and GEM style blades fit it without mods or dissembling the spine. IF you don't have one, you should try to get one in your den.
    Shame that they don't remake some of these old designs. Works like a charm, shaves like a dream.

    I understand completely. I’m a hard stick on a good day. If I’m really sick it’s only worse. I’ve had the contrast IV blow out during CT scan with contrast going everywhere.

    I think you’d be surprised how many Gem PTFE blades are rough out of the package. I would say from my experience at least 1 in 5 are very rough.
