This posting is a day late, but it was a very nice shave. The RR German 37 was my first slant razor, and it never fails to deliver. The soap was Men's Company Bay Rum lathered with my first ever non-synthetic brush, an Omega 10777 Boar....I'm officially a Boar Brush fan.

Last couple of shave brought to me by The Traveling Box. Round One supplied a Maggard #18 Stainless Steel handle. From Round Two a RazoRock German 37 cap & base.
SOTD 09082019 ABT#4.gif Nice weight to the solid handle that helps to remind me to use no pressure.
SOTD 09102019 ABT#5.gif Lots of blade exposure! Very efficient / aggressive. Inexpensive, too.

A mild one today - iKon X3 on their OSS handle. I mainly visit this razor in September.

    Nice Rick
Very efficient, yea, aggressive... uh not so much, in my book.
But a favorite here, makes a blade work for its pay. Makes a new Feather blade run like the wind.
I have 2....in case I drop one, gota have a spare of one of these wonderful tools.

I've recently been using the term "Aggressive/Efficient" where I used to just say aggressive. I'll try to differentiate when I note one over the other. Yes it's efficient and I give much credit to the slice of blade hanging out in the wind. Riding the cap kept me from any nicks so I've tamed the aggression. I like the wide margin of angle that keeps it from being a mild razor. Got two decent reductions from the Voskhod so far. I can see loaded with a Feather it'd be a shaving machine!
Vintage Avon; Spicy. An Old Spice dupe that leans too far into bay rum for my tastes. The clove is like black licorice to me - not a favorite. Glad I got to try it but I'll go back to my Shulton OS. One of my grand daughters has taken a liking to Old Spice so I passed her my bottle of P&G modern. She might like this, too. If not it'll go in the trades box. I don't collect the decanters, just use the juice!

See you like the RR WTP soaps.
They do the job, the lime is nice, works well with Stirling Margaritas in the Artic.

    Nice shave James
